Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Palm Beach serves and advocates on behalf of those who do not have a voice or power to help themselves. Their mission is to help those who are most poor and vulnerable in the Diocese of Palm Beach through 11 programs and ministries. Playimage captured the Catholic Charities Bakhita Empowerment Program through different stories of how it provides assistance to the needs of victims of all types of trafficking within Palm Beach County. This assistance includes intensive case management, emotional support, safety planning, and advocacy. The Playimage team helped to build an emotional connection to the efforts of Catholic Charities of the Diocese through the perspectives of the trafficking victims who have been helped out of these traumatic experiences to safety.
